Please be advised that we do not send out confirmation emails for applications to our annual show. Please note that checks are not cashed immediately and are typically held in bulk. As we are all volunteers, we strive to minimize the workload for those whose hard work makes the show possible. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not accept PayPal or any online payments. We only accept personal checks, cash, or postal money orders as payment for tables.

It is a good practice to place your personal check at the bottom of your application form. Be sure to make a photocopy of the application and keep it with you for the show. This way, you will have proof that you submitted your table application and payment for the event.

Once you check in at the registration desk and receive your vendor envelope, you can find out which building you are in and the location of your tables. After that, you can either drive in to unload or carry your goods inside. The registration desk will close on Friday, March 20th, at 6 PM.

Drive-in unloading is permitted on Fridays only from 1 PM to 6 PM. Carry-in unloading is allowed on Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM and on Saturday from 7 AM to 8 AM. Vendors arriving on Saturday morning must hand-carry all goods into the show.

All vendors and their helpers must wear participant ribbons at all times.

Overnight security will be provided from 6 PM to 7 AM on Friday and Saturday.

Doors will open for vendors at 7 AM on Saturday, March 21st, and Sunday, March 22nd.

If you are satisfied with your table location at this year’s show, there is an application for next year’s show included in your vendor envelope. Please fill it out and submit it to the staff at the front desk with payment on Sunday, and you are guaranteed the same table or tables at the 2027 March show. They will issue you a receipt. No table bumping is allowed, so you can pre-pay for the tables you have at this year’s show.

All firearms must be secured in a safe manner, using trigger locks, cable locks, or zip ties. The Chief Firearms Officer (CFO) and staff will be present on-site for transfers.

As long as you mail in your application along with the payment, you should not encounter any problems upon arrival at the show.
